Once your return request is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund (if applicable) will be processed through UPI or bank transfer, as per the details you provide.

To be eligible for a return or refund:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory.
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
